While remote options may be available for other types of modalities, QHHT's specialized nature requires a controlled, in-person environment to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes. The session in total can last as long as 4 hours, so allow yourself the time necessary to receive the full benefits. Before arriving: 1. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. 2. It is advisable not to drink any coffee or power drinks before hand. 3. We'll be simply talking 1st to get an idea of where you are and what things we should focus on during the session. This might take a while, as I want to be thorough in identifying things important to key-in on. 4. Again, please allow for the session to be anywhere between 3-4 hrs. in total. 5. Set a mindful intention for the session.

Typically, only one QHHT session is needed to achieve your goals, but you can schedule additional sessions if you wish to explore more about your subconscious, experience different past life memories, revisit specific reincarnation experiences, or gain greater insight from your higher self on important current life lessons.

A client's responsibility during a QHHT session includes being open and willing to participate, as well as preparing a list of questions they want to explore. Their engagement and readiness to delve into their subconscious will significantly influence the outcome of the session.

The initial session is $250 for a four hour (or as long as is needed) session. This is a flat fee, not an hourly rate. If additional sessions are requested, the fee is $150 per additional session.
